(HF) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to awakening real happiness through personal growth, cultural understanding, mindfulness, and sustainable living. Founded in Gaithersburg, Maryland, we serve our communities through innovative programs in music and arts, adventure and education, mindful and healthy living, and sustainable development.
Our philosophy is grounded in the universal principle of Love for All Beings — a message that calls us to love God by loving and serving others. Our Story
Huma Foundation was created with a simple yet powerful vision: to help people reconnect with what truly matters. In a fast-paced world filled with stress and disconnection, we saw a growing need for spaces that nurture creativity, cultural understanding, health, and mindful living.
What began as a shared passion for education, wellness, and community service evolved into a foundation committed to creating programs that spark inspiration and foster long-term well-being.
